Operation

Dust laden air enters the RPM Filter Dust Collector through the inlet manifold and continues to an expansion chamber which enables large particles to drop into the hopper prior to making contact with filter fabric. The remaining particles form a dust cake on the outer surface of the filter tubes as the air stream passes through the filter media. Filtered air continues from the inside of the filter tube into the collector cell plenum chamber. Clean air is drawn through the exhaust chamber and outlet manifold.
