The PEDCON MILL SCRUBBER SYSTEM is a unique system proven and accepted by EPA, commissioned and tested resulting in establishing B.A.T. (Best Available Technology) & Title V Regulatory criteria for air quality particulate and opacity emissions as required to meet the highest standards of today's Auto Shredder and Multi-Industrial Operations. The system, while maintaining operating efficiency, utilizes the lowest horsepower, eliminates the need for high cost disposable/ replacement media and recirculating scrubbing media eliminating high water costs.

The PEDCON MILL SCRUBBER SYSTEM consists of engineered heavy duty construction, high quality components specifically designed for the industry's rugged operations requirements as well as corrosion/explosion resistant and relief capabilities.

The system components are namely:

1. Mill Exhaust Capture Hood and Transport Ductwork
2. High Efficiency Mill Cyclone System and "Z"-Box Air/Metal Separation Cyclone System.
3. Specifically Designed Heavy Duty System Fan
4. High Efficiency Scrubber
5. Smoke Opacity Demister Separator

NOTE: The Mill Scrubber System is designed for new as well as existing operations which can be upgraded and modified to meet EPA/Title V Regulations.
